Wedding Photography FAQ

Which areas of the country do you cover?

I am based in Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire and I cover weddings in Bucks, Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and London. However, I am always happy to travel and additional travel charges may apply.

Are you insured?

I am fully insured with personal indemnity and public liability insurance. I carry professional cameras and lenses with back up equipment.

Can you provide a bespoke package?

I do offer three main packages but I am happy to provide a bespoke quote to suit your requirements.

Do you provide albums?

I have sourced beautiful, high quality, fine art wedding albums, handmade in the UK which I feel reflect my style of photography.

You chose your favourite images and I design the album for your approval. Once you are happy with the design, there is a 8-10 week delivery timescale.

When will I see my images?

If you are happy for me to do so, I will provide a ‘sneaky peek’ on my business facebook page soon after the wedding. Some of my clients chose to keep their wedding images private, and I totally respect that. I aim to provide you with your wedding gallery within 4-6 weeks of the wedding date depending on the time of year.

Who owns the copyright to the wedding photographs, can I print my own?

I provide you with a USB with the high resolution images and you can print directly from there, however the copyright remains with the photographer. This means that you can print for your own use but can not sell them on to third parties.

I also offer your family and guests the opportunity to view your wedding images from a password protected gallery on my website. Once you have approved the gallery, you can pass the details to your friends and families and they can purchase prints directly from my website.

What happens if it is raining on the day?

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee beautiful weather and sometimes it will be raining or very poor light on your wedding day. I am fully trained to deal with low lighting conditions and carry portable lighting if required. I will have visited the venue before the wedding to look for indoor locations should we not be able to venture outside. Sometimes it will be showers and we can change the schedule to suit the weather, or just embrace the rain using umbrellas and take some fun shots in the rain!

What if I am sick on the day?

In the unfortunate event that I am sick on your wedding day and unable to work, I have a network of photographers that I can call upon to help, so do not worry.
